Below is a brief decscription of our Football Programs:
1st and 2nd Grade Flag Football
At these separate levels, flag football is played with no tackling or hard blocking allowed. Coaches teach the kids basic fundamentals of blocking, passing, and running with the ball as well as basic defensive skills. Team jerseys and football pants are provided. Players are required to supply their own mouth guard and cleats. Practices are usually 2-3 nights a week at Sulak Field. Teams play eight regular season games against neighboring towns, usually played on Saturday afternoons, which can be a home game at Sulak Field or an away game in a neighboring town.
Registration fee to sign up for the program is $50.
3/4 Grade Pee Wee Football
At this level, full contact tackle football is played. Coaches teach the kids basic fundamentals of blocking, tackling, passing and running with the ball. Players will be issued complete uniforms including helmets, all necessary pads, pants and jerseys. Players are required supply their own mouth guard, cleats, and any other special pads including neck or chest protectors. Team practices are held 3 nights a week at Sulak Field. Games can be scheduled on Friday or Saturday evenings under the lights or Saturday morning. The team participates in the Bergen County Junior Football League (BCJFL), which includes 11 other neighboring towns.
Players who exceed the weight limit of 85lbs. cannot be a ball carrier or defensive back.
Registration fee to sign up for the program is $130.
5/6 Grade Junior Football
Full contact tackle football is played. Coaches begin to teach the kids more advanced fundamentals of blocking, tackling, passing and running with the ball. Players will be issued complete uniforms including helmets, all necessary pads, pants and jerseys. Players are required supply their own mouth guard, cleats, and any other special pads including neck or chest protectors. Team practices are held 3 nights a week at Sulak Field. Games can be scheduled on Friday or Saturday evenings under the lights or Saturday morning. The team participates in the Bergen County Junior Football League (BCJFL), which includes 11 other neighboring towns.

7/8 Grade Senior Football
Full contact tackle football is played. Coaches teach the kids advanced fundamentals of blocking, tackling, passing and running with the ball. Players will be issued complete uniforms including helmets, all necessary pads, pants and jerseys. Players are required supply their own mouth guard, cleats, and any other special pads including neck or chest protectors. Team practices are held 3 nights a week at Sulak Field. Games can be scheduled on Friday or Saturday evenings under the lights or Saturday mornings. The team participates in the Bergen County Junior Football League (BCJFL), which includes 11 other neighboring towns.
Players who exceed the weight limit of 135lbs. cannot be a ball carrier or defensive back.
